There States in India covers 3/4th of the entire Urban Co-operative Banks (UCBs) in India. These states are Maharashtra, Gujarat and Karnataka. Rest of the India is having 1/4th of the UCBs i.e., around 400 UCBs in total. It is also true that banks from these top three states are really doing good works and many banks are the front runners in different categories from these regions. However, there are many UCBs who are doing wonderful work in various areas of banking from rest of the India. Though they are small in numbers but banks from this region are also working hard to come to the level of leading UCBs in India.

The Multi State Urban Co-operative Banks Summits and Awards will bring together banks from state like Rajasthan ,Uttarakhand, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Delhi, Chhattisgarh, Punjab and Uttar Pradesh. This unique platform will give opportunity to banks from this region to discuss and deliberate various issues and challenges faced by these banks. Having the theme “Creating Values through Technology” experts from the domain will try to fathom the areas of concern and how IT will be helpful in resolving most of the challenges for creating values for its customers for the overall growth of the banks.
